The Asp* (Aspius aspius), a hard fighting fast swimming cyprinid family member that thrive in large continental Europe river such as the Loire, The Rhine and many more. This great game fish mainly feed on Common bleaks (Alburnus alburnus) for which the Clydesdale Silver Bait is a great imitation.

How to use:
The best retrieve with this pattern for pike is a slow figure of eight or roly-poly.
For the asp, on the other hand, the retrieve must be very active, by stripping or roly-poly.

Tied on the reliable Tiemco 600SP hook.
