The attractiveness and effectiveness of the Clouser reverse rig, which fishes with the hook pointing to the surface and allows you to get through obstacles without getting hooked, is well known to all freshwater and saltwater pike fishermen.

The Dougie's Clouser Orange & Yellow is particularly effective for slow pike fishing, when the fish are fussy, but also for reaching the lower layers of water, especially when the water is a bit muddy or peaty.
