FMF Rob's Viva Snake 3.95" (100mm)

FMF Rob's Viva Snake 3.95" (100mm)

Snakes have long been a go-to pattern for many stillwater anglers, especially when targeting large resident fish feeding on fry or recently stocked rainbows.

This is a tandem fly with two hooks, the first at the head and the second at the end of the rabbit strip, like a trailer hook.

Extremely mobile, they mainly imitate a leech, but it is their enticing appearance that drives trout crazy.

The FMF Rob's Viva Snake 3.95" (100mm) is available in one length: 3.95" (100mm) and is slightly weighted with bead chain eyes.

FMF Rob Edmunds's FMF Rob's Viva Snake 3.95" (100mm) has been a proven fish catcher for years.

Tip for use:

A brilliant fly to fish on the point of a team of 2 or 3 flies, or fished singly deep on a sunk line.

Great when there are fresh fish around and when targeting fry feeders.

Fish them on any line from a floater to a fast sinker with a steady roly poly retrieve.

Please note that these double-hook lures may be prohibited on certain reservoirs and bodies of water.
