Perdigons are part of the incentive nymphs that generate attack in response to a visual stimulus

We've been fishing the Micro Perdigon Quill B/L FMF now for a handful of years to imitate small mayfly nymphs which are abundant year round.

Still tied with tungsten beads to get through the surface, these little gems can be fished on a double nymph rig, hopper/dropper or just as a single fly with a French leader set-up.

A fish catching machine

To be used in priority if:

- Miniaturisation is the order of the day when it comes to deciding on fish (if trout feed on very small prey or for grayling which sometimes requires the presentation of #18 and #20 nymphs ),

- It is necessary to get through strong currents,

- Fish react to the aggressiveness of flashy colours,
