Florian MIXINYMPH Bead Head Caddis Emerger Nymph

The MIXINYMPH by Florian is an essential nymph/wet fly for all types of underwater fishing in rivers, when fish are feeding on larvae and emerging sedges/caddis (trichoptera).

It imitates a wide range of aquatic caddis fly nymphs (sedge).

In rivers, it can be used as a three-quarter downstream wet fly, but also for sight fishing for wild brown tyrout and grayling and also with a tight line (Euro Nymphing).

Carefully crafted by professional fly tier Florian using the finest natural materials from his own farm:
• Abdomen : Yellow silk body.
• Top of the addomen: pheasant natural fibers tightened forward and ribbed with yellow silk.
• Short thorax made from hare ear dubbing
• Collar made from pardo rooster fibers folded back
• Head: black nickel brass bead with turns of brown silk.
• Tied on a chemically sharpened carbon hook with unparalleled point.

Bead diameter: H 12: Ø 2.0 mm

Tips for use:
Designed for sight nymphing for both wild brown trout and grayling in clear waters.
Can also the knotted at the end of a wet fly rig for river fishing.
It can also be used for fishing with a tight line (Euronymph).

Recommended tippet diameters: ø 0.15 to ø 0.10 mm depending on the used strategy.
