FMF Booby Minkie Brown

Boobies are undoubtedly one of the most effective flies in modern fly fishing.

They can be used all year round with any line density, from floating to ultra-fast sinking (Di8), in lakes, reservoirs and fisheries alike.

They are effective for attracting rainbow trout and brown trout. Tied as a single hook, used alone or on a fly cast in combination with unweighted sparklers, mini lures or nymphs, it adds appeal to the fly set.

The FMF Booby Minkie Brown, available in size #10, is particularly effective at the end of the season when trout feed mainly on roach/rudd fry.
