To be used with a floating line (leader and/or floating polyleader) with a 0.20mm to 0.16mm tippet depending on conditions.
Also works well as a point fly with a set of nymphs, crunchers and wet flies using Hover or Intermediate lines.
To be retrieved in a variation of motions and speeds (figure of eight) or to be stripped (pulled)

Best periods:
All year round. Effective at the beginning of the season when the water is still cold.
