JMC Kamoufil is a reference nylon for the construction of leaders for all river fishing, from the narrow Breton, Irish or Welsh streams to the wider rivers of Eastern France, Pyrenees, Austria, Slovenia or Chile. Non-exhaustive list!

A tippet material with extraordinary discretion, suppleness and elasticity.

Its life span is remarkable and it has a very good resistance to knots, blood knots, well tightened with saliva or with a knot lubricant for a minimum of roughness.

My personal choice as a professional fly fishing guide for wild trout and grayling in rivers.

I have been using this line since its inception (2002) and have never regretted it.

The Kamoufil is used for leader bodies and tips.

The colour changes make this line invisible as it does not conduct light.

It is a very elastic and knot resistant tippet material with no memory to allow the leader to unfold properly.

It can be used for all types of fishing: dry fly, emerger, wet fly, nymph, buzzer and streamer.

My advice: I use it mainly for thick sections of leader down to 18/100 and for terminal sections, I add top of the range copolymer or fluorocarbon tips. A recipe that has never disappointed me.
